Democrats believe that a certain racial group doesn’t have the mental wherewithal to get a photo ID. How can the Democrats expect this racial group to get vaccinated and a vaccine passport?
Last I heard, that demo is less than 20% vaxxed. Probably NOT because they can’t figure out how to make an appointment or find transportation.
