ATLANTA — An Atlanta restaurant is making the bold decision to serve only customers who are fully vaccinated. Argosy Restaurant and Bar, located in Little Five Points, is one of the first businesses in Georgia to mandate with signs that say “No Vax, No Service.”
The company owner made the decision earlier this week after he and several of his employees, who were all fully vaccinated, contracted the virus as breakthrough cases.
“I think it’s a bunch of crap,” said David Carpenter. “It’s everybody’s choice, that’s what I think.”
“I personally don’t have a problem with it because I’m fully vaccinated,” said Megan Mewbron.

Maybe he is being kind to the vaccinated who are now on death row.

The “vaccine” is working. It is a cure for Wuhan flu hysteria, not a vaccine for the flu. Hysteria sufferers who get the vaccine overcome their hysteria and drop their precautions thus get the flu and help reach herd immunity. The success of the vaccinations is measured by the number of vaccinated who get the flu.
Yes. In a market place there would be bbq joints for whoever and only vaccinated soy milk tea joints if people wanted. That is the way.
A lot of things we do, we do because they are habits. Eating out and going to the movies are to a degree habits. Habits can be broken.
A year of lock dock has allowed many to break the habits and to find alternate choices.
One of rules of business is that it takes years to gain customers but only minutes to lose them (which explains the phenomenon of get woke, go broke).
This business is going to re-learn that lesson, the hard way

What if they show up with their family and one of them forgets their papers? Do they get thrown out?
So the restaurant’s staff, all fully vaccinated, got COVID. Therefore, they are mandating all customers be fully vaccinated. But since they can still get COVID and still pass it on what is the benefit? I grew up on Sinclair just a 5 minute walk from Little Five Points. It’s a pretty trending place now in a gentrified area.
They should be buried fully masked for extra protection.
Theory doesn’t matter in the reality of our declining nation.
We have never been a true free market economy, and never will.

...but that is exactly the position that people should have. They shouldn’t care if somebody else doesn’t take the shot, they have and that should be all that matters to them. Leave others alone.
What the place is saying is that it is dangerous to eat there.
The owners had previously said they wouldn’t reopen til GA had been CoupFlu free for 2 weeks.
Rather than stick to that, they’re doing this.
So much for principle.
They ought to be hammered for hypocrisy in addition to abject stupidity.

It is the theoretical way that will never be allowed to occur.
It seems only covid can be used as a free pass for bias.
Hate and intolerance should have no place in our society. The people that run this restaurant are clearly hateful and intolerant people. I would not do business with them.

If vaccinated people are getting COVID at his Restaurant, then I’m declining his service.
The vaccines are meant to lessen the severity of the symptoms if you do contract the covid. It has nothing to do with catching it or not catching it from other people.
