Spoiler alert, from “Rich Man’s Trick”, as not many will watch the 3 hours, and those that do probably won’t mind:
8 shooters, 6 above ground. ALL 6 above ground missed. Most if not all of the 6 were observed and reported on by witnesses.
2 shooters that did the deed without missing were in the sewer system, and shot out thru sewer grates at a purposely *slowed down* presidental limo. The 2 shooters got to the plaza undetected and departed undetected.
