So I hack into the lottery system computers and fraudulently win $250M. The state certifies my ticket and pays me my winnings. Six months later a savoy computer guy discovers I rigged the system and outs me. But, the lottery commission certified my win so nothing will happen to me. Some how I don’t think it would work that way. Should be no different in this case and anyone who says different should face sever consequences.

I agree with you. I'm not in to the hopium but it pisses me off to no end when we're constantly being told what we can't do….can't recall electors, there's no Constitutional mechanism for removing the President if they cheated, etc. if that were the case, there would be no such legal argument as forfeiture of ill-gotten gains.
