Recently, due to extreme weather occurring in multiple provinces and cities in mainland China, the China Meteorological Administration declared a level four emergency. Torrential rains caused traffic mayhem and school closures in Beijing, residents in Hebei Province held onto trees to keep from getting flushed away, and floods in Sichuan swept away several ships.
Beijing began seeing heavy precipitation from around 11:30 in the evening on July 11, with an average rainfall of more than 2 inches. The rainfall in Fangshan New Village, Fangshan District, Beijing exceeded 4.3 inches. Lightning and thunder were erupting everywhere, in some places constant and intense lightning even lit up the sky. Rain storms caused severe traffic irregularities, while more than 700 flights were cancelled and trains delayed. On July 12, all kindergarten, primary, and secondary schools as well as outdoor sports activities were suspended.
The streets of Wu’an City, Hebei Province, 310 miles from Beijing, looked like rivers, causing some vehicles to be dragged away by the current.
China’s Central Meteorological Observatory (“Observatory”) said that the extreme weather affected a vast area, accumulating rainfall, strong turbulence, and a high disaster risk.
The Observatory’s newsletter stated that from July 11 to July 12, heavy rain occurred in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Shandong and other places. Among them, in central and southern Hebei, southeastern Shanxi, northern Henan, and northwestern Shandong, there was extraordinarily heavy rain, with 2–8 inches of rainfall, accumulating to between 8.5–13.5 inches in some areas. The heavy rains were accompanied by thunderstorms from level 8 all the way to level 10, and hail poured down in some parts of Hebei.

Who cares?
Considering what the ChiComs unleashed on the world, I have a hard time caring.
Flooding in China in 1950s-1970s used to kill millions.
God is getting back at them because nobody else has the balls to do it.
Bkmk
You know where you can stick your Extreme , it’s just weather
The point is that it’s a feel-good post.
That ‘karma’ thing. x100 would be preferred.
"What are you? A F'n weatherman?"
"Thunder always happens when it's raining."
I wonder how those electric vehicles do in those heavy rains?
BTW we should all pray for the good people who live in China. Those who are helpless under the boot of the CCP
“The heat was hot and the air was dry”.
Heat is hot, who knew?
China has weather. The Epoch Times/Fulan Gong/CIA thinks someone cares. Mkay.
Dry as hell where we are. Wet as hell where they are. Weird huh?😵😳
A benefit for the communists, ton of garbage, plastic, rotting animal carcasses, etc., will be swept into the south pacific.
Ask me if I care.
In 2016 we were in Beijing in the monsoon season. The flooding was about six inches. Grandma(me) and the grandchildren were lucky to find taxi. The kids were only able to find tuc-tucs. My daughter and son-in-law were able find one fairly soon, and made it to the hotel. My son and his friend, that is family, got a tuc-tuc a short time later. The flooding was awful and the driver didn’t know where the hotel was. My daughter wouldn’t come to our rooms. She said how am I going to tell my mom I lost my brother! Everyone made it back in one piece.
Europe is dealing with massive flooding also.
#12. But it was a “dry heat”, sir!
There is water at the bottom of the ocean.
