This social media "cancelling" is quite reminiscent of Nixon's "Enemies List" except that his list had about 500 people on it and the Biden admin is targeting thousands. Maybe tens of thousands.

Another difference is that a Congressional investigation found that nothing was ever actually done to the people on Nixon's list.
