Correct. Why did certain people retain criminal attorneys? Heavy hitters at that.
As Bannon keeps repeating, Raffensperger and his cohort need to lawyer up. Ratberger knew from day one. Lawyer up. Go to prison.
That is it exactly. Many should go to jail.
Remember Raffensliar is also the one who oversaw the GBI investigation of the fraud. The legislature called for that investigation, but he got in front of that one. If you had information about fraud you were told to contact the SOS, not the GBI directly. So, he could screen anything that was passed on.
On top of the fraud coming out, I know many people who never had any resolution from his office too - people voting in someone else’s name, or someone’s vote not showing up. It happened to several in my own family.
I will never forget him standing in front of the cameras on November 4 saying the vote was accurate, system ran perfectly, or something like that. It struck me as odd when he said that. Especially since the GA GOP had already contacted him about the State Farm arena shenanigans and other issues the night before. Ever since that day all he has done is deflected, passed blame, pressured whistleblowers, and ridiculed anyone who questioned the results.
