President Donald Trump put out a new statement in response to the damning Maricopa County audit hearing in Arizona earlier today, which revealed shocking voting irregularities and evidence of fraud that have cast further doubts on the legitimacy of the 2020 election.
“Arizona Senate hearings on the Maricopa County Election audit is devastating news to the Radical Left Democrats and the Biden Administration. While this, according to the Senate, is preliminary, with results being announced at a later date, it seems that 74,243 Mail-In Ballots were counted with “no clear record of them being sent.” There were 18,000 voters who were scrubbed from the voter rolls after the election. They also revealed that the voting system was breached or hacked (by who?) Very big printer and ballot problems with different paper used, etc., and MUCH MORE,” wrote President Trump. “The irregularities revealed at the hearing today amount to hundreds of thousands of votes or, manay times what is necessary for us to have won. “Maricopa County refuses to work together with the Senate and others who are merely looking for honesty, integrity, and transparency. Why do the Commissioners not want to look into this corrupted election? What are they trying to hide? The highly respected State Senator Wendy Rogers said in a tweet the hearing today means we must decertify the election. In any event, the Senate Patriots are moving forward with final results to be announced in the not-too-distant future, but based on today’s hearing, why even wait?” President Trump said. The hearing was widely viewed and has attributed to growing accusations that the election was stolen from President Trump. Among many others, Arizona State Rep. and Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem said that the ongoing Arizona election audit confirms that the 2020 presidential election in the state was a “sh*t show” that “cannot be called accurately.” Damning revelations from the hearing include testimony from the private auditing firm Cyber Ninjas, which introduced evidence showing that a “bunch” of Arizona ballots contained duplicated serial numbers, as National File reported.

I don’t recall saying I thought that decertification would happen.
Decertification could happen in Georgia for the January runoff that occurred for the Senate seats and possibly swing the Senate because Georgia does have somewhat of a precedence for that, but that is the absolute best, and I am not sanguine about that.
We do need to get to the bottom of this fraud and fix it, because if we don’t, our Republic is toast. It may already be toast due to our fiscal insanity and lawlessness in our government, but...as long as there is a valid vote, there is a chance.

The constitution is a bill of Negative rights. All of these elections were held illegally and therefore are null and void. The state legislatures have the power to run and hold and certify elections as they see fit. If states do not certify or do not cast electors then you would need the majority of the remainder, which trump has and is why there was a hijinx in these states that were so blatant. Trump won by a blowout and why this is so apparent. In the end, I believe they decertify the elections that were tainted. There is plenty of precedents on what is done on a legislative end of the government, it would only seem natural that it would carry over to the executive branch. Furthermore, the simple act of decertifying would also put 3 if not 4 senate seats back in play as well as a few house seats, for example, Sean Parnell. If you can get control of the congress with strong leadership like Jim Jordan and Ted Cruz in charge, I think there is a workable solution. Otherwise, you always have the constitutional convention route where we lead 36 states to 24, and that 36 states are a supermajority. Lastly, one order of business should be to nullify the 17th amendment. That is where the entire constitution derailed and giving states back their voice in government should be a priority to stop the insanity. The senate would have 72 republican senators at this juncture if state houses were represented in government IMO and we would not even be here.

The remedy doesn’t necessarily have to involve bloodshed, although it could and would be legitimized IMO by the Declaration of Independence which frames the Constitution, but only after legal means like those suggested below are exhausted.

Therefore, a state has the right to reverse and recertify the election results if fraud is proved. After recertification by the state, the electoral vote is recounted. If the electoral vote changes in favor of the other candidate, then the other candidate (Trump) is declared President per the Constitution.
The Constitution is to be applied AS WRITTEN AND ORIGIANLLY UNDERSTOOD AND INTENDED.
- If an issue like proven fraudulent election results, is not addressed in the text, then you (or a Court) must move to original understanding of any relevant textual portion.
- If that doesn’t suffice, then you (or a Court) must move to researching original intent by the Founders and Ratifiers on the issue in question - here fraudulent election results.
Any honest inquiry with this basic understanding would be able to ratify this process knowing that the Founders and Ratifiers would not have intended fraud to carry a Presidential Election.

The possibility of that being true is less than zero. If it were true, it would be quite damning that they let the country go through all this chaos because of the shadow of a chance that the election results might possibly be overturned.

Only a convention of the states can do this. By 2/3 of the total, and by Constitutional Amendment.
Then it is subject to ratification by 3/4 of state legislators.
Only the states, collectively and by super majority, can bypass the plenary power of Congress to certify the decision of the electoral college.
It is the very last legal recourse available.
After that one must overturn the USA.
There is no court with constitutional jurisdiction.
Courts adjudicate election cases all the time.
