How can the UN have experts on “systemic racism?” The whole concept was only created in the last few decades, and what other country is “racist” like “mean ole America” in the first place?

I think the last few years, during the Trump administration. This “systemic” crap was foisted onto the public from the academy where it has been brewing for a long time.
