Obama was a piker compared to Biden. Biden is the most vicious race-baiter the US has ever has had as President.Biden is way too stupid to come up with all this on his own. Many believe that this is Obama's third term and he is using cover of the white guy to accomplish it. That makes a lot of sense to me.
