Nick Sandmann has excellent, effective lawyers. I’m sure they will carefully screen the film and take appropriate action.
Nick is a public figure now (not by choice) but even public figures can sue for libel and defamation under certain circumstances. I hope the film’s creator understands the magnitude of the liability he is creating for himself, the studios, distributors, theaters, etc.
Yes, it would have been better to just let the matter go. But these people are so full of themselves that they have to do spiteful acts no matter how damaging they are to themselves or others.
