All those that you mentioned are used to mitigate, not cure COVID, thus the need for “vaccines.”
Good post said no treatments are allowed - nothing about cures. The article also mentions a treatment not a cure. even if a so called cure is found vaccines would still be indicated - it’s preferable to prevent a disease not cure it once you have it. Antibiotics are a “cure” for pneumococcal pneumonia but we still vaccinate against it
