No, but the war should not be waged with defective weapons.
Prophylactic treatment with HCQ or Ivermectin and zinc early on would have done far more to drop the death count than any so- called vaccine, one which has NEVER been shown to work and be without risk before.
What makes it suddenly OK when the whole history of mRNA vaccine attempts has such a dismal track record?
This should be a war against China who developed and released it intentionally with help from inside people in the US (Traitors) and there should be people hanging while no trade is allowed from China at best and they are blockaded, to nuked at worst.
