As the search for survivors of a Florida condo collapse enters its second week, rescue crews and relatives of those still missing are scheduled to meet with President Joe Biden on Thursday, in a visit many are hoping will provide some measure of comfort to a devastated community.
Biden and first lady Jill Biden, who left Washington early Thursday, planned to thank first responders and search and rescue teams....

My guess: it won't boost morale, but the sycophant Miami media will praise Joe and his nurse for showing up.
I still remember the Parkland shooting. President Trump spent plenty of time here...and the media in south Florida BARELY mentioned it.
Also, the ONLY mention of Ivanka Trump helping out in Surfside I have seen is a brief piece in the Miami Herald. The rest of the media in Florida doesn't seem interested....
But let Joe and his nurse do a photo-op and the media drools.
Maybe Joe can hand out ice cream cones...

Our morning paper has this same pathetic headline. The idea that Biden could “comfort” anybody over anything is ludicrous.
The Democrat owned press has it’s propaganda team working overtime trying to save this idiot’s reputation.
Really, his visit is going to boost morale? Remember, this is the idiot who had to be reminded by Harris about the tragedy at a press conferece.

Two weeks after the collapse there is no possibility of survival short of someone in the building miraculously avoiding being crushed yet landing next to a refrigerator filled with bottled water.
Now they will get to see mumbles in “action.”

He's going to join the retirement community of old people and enjoy a 3pm Blu Light Dinner, then a nap.
Biden —> Federal bailout for condo owners. Condo owners in all the other aging high-rises are happy to see him too.

And the Miami-Dade “mayor” just declared to the sycophant media the WORK STOPPAGE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BIDEN’S VISIT.
And the media won’t question her because Democrats cover for each other.
That's an admission that it has everything to do with their visit.
Wow, these people are shameless; they’re rubbing our noses in it.
I’m sure they were all Biden voters, so in a sense this headline can’t be too far off from the truth.
Because of this political theater by Biden, who had even forgotten to mention this tragedy last week during a speech, the Volunteers are forced to check in at 7am and stay until 7pm for security reasons, many are unable to stand or stay for 12 hours so this visit is bad for the effort, this is disgusting politics.
Yet the media is spinning some narrative about the Trump rally all the way up in Sarasota. SMDH. The only hope I have is that the Cuban community is pro-Trump and anti-Communist. Perhaps this will be enough for those in that community who support democrats to open their minds enough to listen to their friends and family who vote Republican.
