Now, about Derek Chauvin....how sad, how very sad is this?
22 years, and more to come, in jail.
Appers to me that the judge ignored the alleged Coroners report that he died from a drug overdose and not by lack of air....
The mistake Chauvin made was staring down the crowd while restraining Saint Floyd. It gave the impression that he was torturing him, instead of calling on his backup to get him back into the car after he had him on the ground.
The rest of the police involved will more than likely face “ time” due to their perceived participation in allowing the “ death” to happen.
Chauvin was in a no win situation.
If St. Floyd was overdosing, he was prolly flailing around and a danger to himself and others around him.
The post event experts would argue Chauvin did nothing to help St. Floyd
