Exactly! When I see concrete demoed it comes off in big chunks not blown to bits. This does not look right to me. I'm thinking bomb may be even thermite.

The approx. sinking rate of the building is .14960629921" of an inch per year. I guess 40 X that would be the answer in inches of how much the building has sunk or about 6" over the 40 year span of the building.

But that would mean surrounding buildings are probably sinking at the same rate and the amount of spalling could be near what the Champlain towers is sinking. Their const. could be worse but you gotta wonder how much worse. I'm familiar with spalling. I had it in my last house. It's real common,you grind the concrete down to the steel, paint it with two part epoxy and wait until more concrete starts slowly dropping and repeat the action.

Unless they are the very first to implode it still seems spooky that there were light flashes all over. I doubt gas would show up like that in more than one location as the tv station camera showed but who really knows.
