Those in power in Ca don’t care about the peasants. They have insulated themselves and couldn’t care less that others are hurt. They have their virtues to be protected. So long as Ca citizens allow “renewable” caca to be the first choice the disaster will continue.
All of the rest of you in the US — not in Ca — this is the path coming your way. And, you are going to pay for it thru your Fed taxes.

It is much more complicated than that. It is so complicated I defy anyone on this board to provide a rational explanation for why humans in California act the way they do.
