Alberta is an absolutely beautiful place. It is a shame that Albertans rather leave than stay. When you leave, it will be so sad. That will also give the authorities more power.
Ottawa already does what it wants without any input from the west. Alberta will continue to be beautiful, and you’ll be welcome to come see and visit anytime I’m sure. We have known for a long time that we need to go. Alberta is like a battered spouse that keeps coming back because they say they’ll do better this time. That’s the vicious cycle that needs to be broken.
