I disagree with the premise.
The Leftist media and political types are throwing another fear narrative out to their voters.
Think about it for a second…….what reason does a Liberal or Moderate have to vote in 2022 and vote for the democrats?
Now throw in the Trump factor. Suddenly the Left have their villain and their reasons to get out and vote and stuff the ballot boxes and elect or re-elect the Democrats.
Trump sells newspapers, commercials for CNN, MSNBC and all.
Talk shows speculating the possibility of Trump returning, benefits the Leftist media and politicians.
