Day’um- I was just getting ready to prepare dinner for my family but now I’ve lost my appetite. Ugh- I do need to drop a few pounds so I may print your pic and tape it to my refrigerator.
I had a friend who needed to lose a few.....she did post a photo on her fridge of what she would look like if she continued as she was doing. But it backfired....instead she told herself “at least I don’t look that bad!”
