Vice President Kamala Harris is heading to the U.S.-Mexico border on Friday, after Republicans have criticized her for months for not making the trek.
President Joe Biden had put Harris in charge of dealing with the root causes of the migration crisis, which quickly turned her into the person to blame for the spike in migrants coming into the U.S.
Politico reported Harris was making the trip, alongside Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
She'll beat former President Donald Trump to the region by five days.

Trump should announce he’s gonna visit he’ll. She’ll show up first and he can say; “never mind”.
The most she’ll get is a few Rangers to augment the Secret Service detail.

I’m pretty sure he was OK with them knowing.
He made her act and since she’s first he’ll talk about what she should do at the border. Then after he’ll talk about what she did wrong at the border. Then he’ll go to the border and do a better job at seeing things and talking to people [Kamala will just try to wow people with her body... which doesn’t work so well anymore but i digress...]
