I’m surprised they didn’t loot the ambulance for whatever drugs and paraphenalia they could grab.
I am sure if the doors to the ambulance had been open while the EMT’s worked on the victim(s), it would have been looted.
Not surprising for anyone who has worked with the public in an area with moderate to large African American population. Isn’t it ironic they get a federal holiday to celebrate something White Americans did for them in order to help them out, and they respond by reinforcing every negative stereotype there is.

You may have heard about “Tea Bagging” as a derogatory term Leftists use as a epithet against conservatives as a play on “Tea Party” and they call us “Tea Baggers”.
It derives from a video game insult where someone “kills” their opponent and they stand over his head and squat up and down several times, to convey a scrotum being pushed into the face of a deceased “enemy”.
There is something base and repulsive about this “twerking” these animals were doing with the injured person inside the ambulance that has the same repugnant effect when I watch it that I get when I first heard of “tea bagging”.

If I were in charge I would have sent a busload of cops with specific instructions to grab these heathens by the scruff of their collars ad throw them in the paddy wagon quick enough to make their heads spin.
IQ is not the only genetic factor here. There are many gentle low IQ people.
Don’t know if studies have been done, but there’s clearly some kind of violence gene or lack of empathy genetics at play also.
