Yup! The problems that befall the black community have nothing to do with racism and everything to do with culture. Why aren't black kids graduating high school? Why are they shooting each other in significantly higher rates than any other race is shooting each other? Why is 13% of the population responsible for 50% of the murder? Why are black kids going to prison and not for innocent reasons? Why has the single motherhood rate gone from 20% to 70% in the same time that the civil rights movement made such tremendous gains? Is America more racist now than it was in the 1960's and if it is, explain to me why?

When you consider the murders are committed by black males 12 to 30 years old, it is more accurate to say approximately 3% of our population is responsible for 50% of the murder.
