Frankly, I don’t know why he is worried. We have gun laws nobody pays attention to. We had laws in place for the last election ... and even the SUPREME COURT said those didn’t make a difference. What good are laws that are never enforced ... he need not worry.
The Constitution says he can’t be President.
That’s why he hates it.
As you say, he has nothing to bitch about as no one will uphold it.
