Hey Obama! I’m not American and neither are you! At least I know it’s a constitutional Republic and not a democracy!
Go back to Kenya you turd throwing monkey!
Gaslight much by one of THE MOST DANGEROUS humans to Democracy living inside the United States of America.
Obummer’s an infection that has started innumerable amounts of damage to America, and it’s only going to get worse as he stokes the socialist/communist racial flames.
Democracy = Democrats able to steal elections
Good thing we live in a Republic.
“Former President Barack Obama says he’s troubled by the onslaught of new state election laws that have passed in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, adding that rhetoric delegitimizing the voting process is a “threat to democracy.”
What a dirt bag Obama really is. Voting illegally is alright as long as the Rats are elected into office. Well I as a legitimate voter don’t like having my vote canceled out by an Illegal voter or Non-Citizen.
I also don’t like seeing my vote totally discarded with out reason and No tracking mechanism to follow where that vote went.
People should be required by law to have a photographic I.D. issued by the state they reside in to vote in any election and they should be a U.S. citizen to vote in any Federal election.
He needs to ESAD. The sooner the better. Worthless sack of crap.
Asking someone to prove their identity in order to vote is not a threat to our Republic. It is meant to protect the government we have from voter cheating. State it like it is Obama and stop trying to twist it your way.
"[…] the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Federal Constitution, is in the States, and not in the Federal Government [emphasis added].” —Rep. John Bingham, Congressional Globe, 1866. (See about middle of 3rd column.)
Delegates intended for state lawmakers to elect federal senators who would kill any bill, particularly appropriations bills, that not only steal 10th Amendment-protected state powers, but also state revenues uniquely associated with those powers.
“Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
But 17A unthinkingly nuked the voices of the state legislatures in Congress, destroying a major constitutional firewall, for the following explanation.
Since parents aren't making sure that their children are being taught about the federal government's constitutionally limited powers as the delegates to the Con-Con had intended for those powers to be understood, we have the following ongoing constitutional crisis as a consequence of 17A.
Constitutionally ignorant voters unsurprisingly don't seem understand that one of the main things that 17A won for them is more power to complain about the U.S. Mail Service, the mail service being one of the very few powers that the states have actually given the feds to deal with so-called federal domestic policy.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;
10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States timely, or to the people.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
In other words, since the corrupt Senate is no longer killing unconstitutional bills as the Con-Con delegates had intended for it to do, most federal domestic policy is now based on state powers and state revenues that the corrupt feds steal from the state.
The feds steal state revenues by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, takes that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers. (Here's the Gibbons v. Ogden excerpt again.)
“Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
It can can be argued that ordinary citizen voters have single-handedly created the unconstitutionally big federal government by abusing their 17A power to elect crooks to the Senate. So while constitutionally clueless voters blame everything on the feds, I think that it is more accurate and honest to call the tyranny of the unconstitutional big federal government self-inflicted social Darwinism thanks to 17A.
The remedy for unconstitutionally big federal government oppressing everybody under its boots...
Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters need to primary all candidates for federal and state offices who don't clearly promise help to put the corrupt federal government back into its constitutionally limited power "cage."
Good, keep it up states! Let's move obozo from being troubled to absolutely driven insane.
Representative Republic, dumbass.
Obama is a threat to Democracy.
Maybe OCommie should read the constitution. 😆
He Magic negro, How are you and Mike getting along?
The real threat to our democracy or more rightly our Republic is not to have people identify themselves to vote an eliminate the cheating. Obama knows what is really the right way for the country to go, but does not want to give up the democratic advantage. He is a big phoney!
I guess that also means...
...rhetoric legitimizing the voting process is a "move to insure the continuation of our Republic."
What he meant of course was a threat to cheating.
