Individuals have no standing to challenge an “individual mandate”??? States don’t either?

The Court ruled that, because the penalty for not following the individual mandate is now zero, no one is harmed by it-- they are free to ignore it.

When there was a penalty, the court just rewrote the law to say “that’s a tax”. When the penalty is zero, “no standing”. So it’s pretty obvious the court is just making it up as they go along because they don’t want to strike down the law.
