Here it will affect Irish Travelers the most-that is what the traveling asphalt pavers are-they live in an Irish Traveler enclave in North Texas or in one in the Valley area where the carnies have Winter homes, too...
The naphthalene smell of asphalt paving-and mothballs that contain it-makes me puke at more than just the slightest whiff-I avoid it like the plague-the smell of coal tar paving-remembered from my early childhood-did not affect me that way...
