This video claims that in 2003 Fauci and Baric along with CDC got a patent on covids “gain of function” seeing it as an easy way to make money down the road. From 03-2018 Falsi,Baric and the CDC controlled it all.
The research started in 1999 at the UNC with Ralph Baric in 2003 they filed a patent. They knew if the virus was natural it would be illegal to file. If it were man made not so. So Many patents were filed that the cdc through Baric and Falsi had complete control over anyone even looking into the virus.
By 2007 they had means, motive, and money from turning corona virus from a virus into a pathogen. Much of what they did was illegal.In 2013 NIH,nat.inst.of Health, suspended gain of function research. Turns out the demand to stop looking into “gain of function” was:

Things got hot for the NIH in 2014 and 2015 so they offshored it to Wuhan labs. Money for research at Wuhan was laundered. Some of it through Peter Daszak giving both sides China and the US the potential for China to claim US did it or potential for the US to say CHina did it. In actuality it was Baric and Falsi behind it all doing it for a big payday.

There are millions in legal fees [probably paid by NIH or USA], but look at what Joe (and Trump) did in ordering millions of “free” doses of the vaccines to be paid for by USA, and then Joe donates any surplus doses overseas as a “nice guy” when in fact China should pay, but bottom line Fauci becomes fatter that an engorged tick on the spoils.
