He's not Julius Caesar. I would have walked away too. It's not worth destroying the American Republic, while we still have one. The Democratic Party might end up destroying it, but that's on them. I wouldn't want to go into history book as the dictator who destroyed the American Republic.
The republic is already dead. The nation is on a trajectory towards lawlessness. Just look at DOJ and the police state agencies.
