There was never, ever an absolute lockdown in 2/3 of the states; NEVER in most rural areas. Never were there troops patrolling streets except in DC, and then only local police in NY and a couple of others. Even Chicago didn’t haver an effective curfew. There was never in place any effective restrictions on gatherings outside of some big cities. There were CDC “recommendations” and some gov. threats, but never happened.

If you’d do a little research in to Kushner instead of just blasting off with whatever vendetta you have against him you’d know that he was (according to Doug Wead who had unprecedented access to the White House) instrumental in ALL major decisions that were beneficial to the country.
