Six California men, four of whom identify as members of "Three Percenter" militias, have been indicted for conspiring to obstruct congressional proceedings on January 6, the Justice Department announced.
The indictment, which was unsealed Thursday, alleges the group coordinated travel to D.C. with a stated intention to "fight," heeding President Trump's call to protest the results of the presidential election. Some defendants wore tactical gear and at least one, prosecutors said, carried a knife while he pushed past a police line on Capitol grounds....

on this basis, should Madonna be arrested for wishing the WH was blown up even if she didn't have any dynamite? Or Depp prosecuted for wondering in a world-wide broadcast about the assassination of a president by an actor? Seems to me all they got was a visit and a stern finger-wagging lecture.
This will play this out in such a way to make certain it isn’t tried again in DC. Further they have to pin these guys down before they can again go after Trump.

I think that the knife-carrying protestor should be held responsible for buying new sets of underwear for the prosecutors, who apparently sharted themselves at the thought of a knife on Capitol Hill grounds.
One must also think about the spouses of the prosecutors, who may have been subject to Inadvertent Midnight Sharts and sprayed the marital bed with JoeEssense.
I agree! Trump at his upcoming rallys should ask why Ashli Babbett’s murderer hasn’t been named and why the tape hasn’t been released. He should go after Chris Wray’s juglar.

This isn't up to one man....Trump. A single person who has and is taking more flak than any other single person in recent history.
At some point, and soon, "we the people" have to take charge and stop expecting a single person who has been tossed out by the system to rescue the rest of us.

my simple question to you:
the constitution says in the preamble it’s purpose is to “...establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty...”
is DJT still bound by his oath to “...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution...?”
if so, then how is it possible that he’s allowing the unjust, unconstitutional, political imprisonment and outright harm of his own innocent supporters without condemning these actions of what he deems an illegitimate authority using it’s stolen power to abuse those same people?
for me, that would be an untenable position given my oath.

so, what’s your point? nothing political is ever up to one man. even an absolute dictator can’t govern without the help of many many men and supporters.

not relevant. the question is what is his moral responsibility given his Oath to the US Constitution?
in my view, he is still President. and he has our authority under the Constitution vested in him. his least duty is to use his abilities such as they are to defend the innocent. in fact, that’s everyone’s duty under God. all the time. no exceptions, morally.
but to answer your question finally in terms of *Who* defends the meek and the innocent against injustice, it is always and ulitimately one Person. to quote His word:
“if God be for us, then who shall stand against...”
and to quote some other followers of Jesus in the Old testament: “but even if He doesn’t save us, we, O king, will not bow down and worship your statue of gold...”
This is lawfare executed by democrats against their enemies. This is warfare folks and it is the tool the democrats use.

What a witchhunt. Let me know when they go after Antifa and BLM and monitor their calls/texts and put charges against those storming the D.C. last 5/31 and treat those repeated attacks with any urgency, marshalling the kind of law enforcement response as they are for those on Jan. 6th.
