The judge in this case needs to find out where the Amazon employee obtained the white privilege training and call in the CEO or collage president responsible for this training, go over the evidence, and call them out.
And forced indoctrination. People talk about how "white people" are forced to endure the abuse, but at the same time they are shaming white people and showering them in self hate, they are also signalling "people of color" that it's OK to hate whites. They are evil oppressors and racists. If it's OK to hate them, you're just a step away from "violence is OK".
Non-white is the key here. I agree that the usual suspects are Amish, but you gotta slip in a Mennonite now and then :D.

It’s a shame. Being a teacher is such a natural thing to do but I wouldn’t do it these days.
The criminal system is going to deal with this particular 21 year old nutcase.
That said, I think Amazon needs to ease up a bit on their drivers. A driver just came through my neighborhood, and the guy was exceptionally efficient and speedy, and a credit to Amazon, but he was also clearly stressed and a little wild-eyed if you bothered to look.
