I respectfully disagree. That sort of escalation would only lead to more dead police officers and more dead innocents. Once one side starts mowing people down, the other side will be obliged to do the same.

Assuming equal numbers on both sides, but there is not. The Tulsa incident for example:

1) Black man rapes white woman and is arrested
2) Blacks kill 10 whites in retaliation
3) Whites kill 30 blacks in vengeance retaliation.

I'm assuming the ratio would be similar if looters and rioters would start getting ventilated.
