Yup. in the early 70's they put a section-8 housing complex smack in the middle of my neat, middle class, well-kept, small rural home town.
Today I drive out of my way to avoid it...it's a Black waste-land.
Yes, there have been several low-income housing apartments built in our quiet suburb. Guess it gives the sheriff’s department something to do other than deal with traffic accidents.
