Would you like to see a proposed Term Limits Amendment that would then go to be ratified by 38 states—like all the other amendments? Because Congress will never do it. Yet it always polls at 80%+.
The only way to get them is COS. It merely bypasses Congress and lets the States propose amendments. Nothing more; nothing less.

I want term limits & repeal of the 17th Amendment. However if I can’t get both I’ll take term limits.

Apologies for missing your earlier post...I am not opposed to a COS, when voting makes state legislators honest conservatives; and circumstances make it necessary and possible--e.g. backlash from SCOTUS packing, creating liberal new states.
Bypassing Congress comes after electing honest state legislators; and that comes after cleaning up the electoral process.
