Whatever happened to those cops who ALLEGEDLY murdered that married couple as they were just hanging out at home minding their own business?
These rotating police chiefs remind me of tenured professors, senior college administrators, and big city mayors.
They get done screwing up a good institution, or, are caught doing something illegal, and move right on to the next, usually with a substantial raise.
