E-mails released under Freedom of Information laws revealed that he was the originator of the letter.

There is also subcontract grant money directly from the NIH that went there. Many of us knew of this very early on, and many of us were fairly certain back then that this outbreak was caused by an engineered virus that had originated at the Wuhan Institute.
