The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says there’s nothing in federal law that can prevent an employer from compelling employees to be vaccinated in order to work.
However, the EEOC also said that for employees who have a religious objection or a physical disability that prevents them from receiving the vaccine, an employer must provide “reasonable accommodations.” Those accommodations could include forcing an unvaccinated employee to wear a mask, be socially distanced from other employees, or allowed to work from home.
The updated guidance is intended to answer frequently asked questions, EEOC Chairwoman Charlotte Burrows said in a statement. She said the agency will continue to update and clarify its assistance for employers.
The commission is an independent, bipartisan agency that enforces workplace civil-rights laws. The five-person body is led by Ms. Burrows, a Democrat whom President Biden elevated to the top position. It also includes three Republican members nominated by former President Donald Trump.
Many employers are forgoing a vaccine requirement in lieu of incentives.
JBS USA, the biggest U.S. beef processor, and Pilgrim’s Pride, a top poultry supplier, won’t require plant workers to get the vaccine, a spokesman for the companies said. A Bolthouse Farms spokesman said the company didn’t have plans to mandate vaccinations. Dollar General, Trader Joe’s and Instacart Inc. didn’t respond to requests for comment Friday.
Keira Lombardo, chief administrative officer for Smithfield Foods Inc., said the pork giant is making vaccines available for plant workers but isn’t requiring them at this time.

No employer can “force” you to do anything. You can walk away. If enough people say “no,” employers cannot operate without employees.

The very people being forced to vaccinate are the very people that are working these low-wage menial labor restaurant industry jobs.
Yup I have never been so happy to be the janitor and CEO of a company in my life.
No well informed employer is going to force employees to get vaccinated with an experimental drug.
The people who make the experimental COVID drugs are exempt from civil lawsuits.
Your employer is not exempt from anything!
Umm find another job?

I did. And I’m not allowed on campus for the remainder of the semester (currently remote) and my adjunct contract will not be renewed, as face-to-face classes start up in July again. Via a blast email to all faculty from the HR department. Not many hours, but it was a good extra $600 a week most weeks…

Most colleges/universities are making a policy. They pay well. $50/hr on up for 3 to 6 hours a week.
Can’t get a job in IT due to the nearly 100% Indian domination in that sector.
Only other option is low-paying menial labor, or unskilled blue-collar labor. And you all know my stance on that.
One of my favorite sushi restaurants, Kura, just started offering $1000 singing bonuses for new hires. 2k for management type spots.

“No Social Security number required!”
That worked out really well in central California, where the home default rate approached 50% in some areas!

It's reasonable to assume that some people will claim a sincerely held religious belief based the degree that an aborted fetus was in the development / production / etc of a vaccine.
Short of an employee wearing a button or shirt that says an employee is part of a religion that does not believe in abortion, employers are going to have to tread carefully on how they make the determination that a sincerely held religious belief is authentic.
By extension then forced sterilization of welfare mothers should be ok. Why stop there? Forced vasectomies for the baby daddies!!!
This whole ‘experimental vaccine’ and the initial bio war attack with the ‘China Virus’ created by the CCP with the help of sinister deep staters in the us govt was to help 1) create an election year means for mass mail end voting, 2) kill off the aged especially those with other aliments and 3) continue the havoc with the vaccine.
I know of at least as many people who now have health related issues they never had before since and and immediately following taking the second doses of this gene altering ‘experimental whatever’ and they have serious issues related to clotting, kidney failures, heart beating rhythm, migraines, lung and etc! Yes some have died from that.
Now they want to limit travel or work even if you have a passport? Please!
This and these actions are no accident...and what do we do?

BTW - I didn’t take take the vaccine - and thanking GOD I had the wisdom and the options not to - I own my own business!
But I do need to travel internationally occasionally!
Isn’t it ironic how most of these countries REQUIRING that YOU be China flu “vax”d are only about 18% “vax”d, themselves??
