Conservatives generally read the law, and let the writing be the resource.
Liberals read the law, and call it a ‘grey area’ which requires a ruling by the courts.
Still, I don’t see the court system eventually ruling in favor of forced injections with an experimental substance.

Then it doesn’t matter. The pharma companies have submitted the paperwork for a full APPROVAL which is expected by the end of the year. At that point, this becomes moot.
Second, this is a state, not a federal issue. Folks keep posting about laws, always federal laws. The courts, including USSC, have ruled that mandatory vaccinations are a state issue. The federal government has no power to compel anyone to take any vaccines, approved or authorized. I only know of one exception. People often claim that the federals can’t compel the military to take a EUA vaccine. That’s only partially true. The President can sign a waver and then the military can be forced to take the vaccine.
