Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

Every time I read or hear of the EEOC it makes me think of Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged and it's Equalization of Opportunity law. The EEOC reminds me that we have such a long way to go to make things right in America. Private property rights, that includes businesses, need to be restored. The government needs to stop telling business owners how to run their businesses.

As much as I am against businesses making employees and customers wear masks, social distance, and now get the jab, I think it is their right to do so. It is also my right not to frequent those businesses or be employed by one. Silence from government would be perfectly fine and it would save lots of tax dollars. The EEOC should be making law by exempting businesses from the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. (There shouldn't even be an ADA or Civil Rights Act, which by the way, the EEOC was established.) The EEOC should not be suggesting or encouraging businesses to require their employees to do anything, especially to get jab.

America has such a long way to go. There's 57 years of crap to over come with just the the EEOC. Most Americans do not even recall a time when businesses did just fine without out the EEOC. The EEOC is so ingrained in the fabric of business that people believe there is such a thing as "equal employment opportunity". Well, there isn't. We may be born with equal rights, but people are not equal in any other respect. They do not have equal opportunity because some people are blessed with more talent that provides greater opportunity and others are blessed only with the ability to shovel shit in Louisiana.

Eff the EEOC.

5 times last year I had complaints to the EEOC over Indian recruiter hiring practices. Wasted all 5 times I went to the Denver office to file my case. You would think under the Trump administration, Americans had a chance to prevail. Nope.

Was told that Indian companies are considered minority-owned companies in the US, and that they are actively allowed to discriminate against White Americans, although they hire/ place nearly 100% Indians or other South Asians (rare)
