Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign was nearly ended before it began when in March 2019, former Nevada lawmaker Lucy Flores claimed the then-vice president grabbed her by the shoulders and kissed her hair during a Las Vegas campaign event in 2014.
Days later, after three more women accused him of inappropriate contact, Biden released a video in which he (cough) promised to “be more mindful and respectful of people’s personal space.”

I am guessing not, except for maybe his wife. I've heard he has a temper, and probably would jump all over the person if they did. He doesn't seem to have social awareness and crosses social boundaries quit frequently. He called the graduating CG class a bunch of dullards for not laughing at his joke.
That Asian girl on the lower right was absolutely mortified when Biden was sexually assaulting her. It just utterly blows my mind that here we have it on video for anyone to see for themselves and HE GETS AWAY WITH IT! Look at this video, even the sister can tell something is not right.........
