These are defense contractors? I’m not so sure we need a bunch of woke wimps making the things we need to defend this country.

I’m not sure you understand the culture. Lockheed Martin is not Woke. Instead they are whatever they need to be each year. They are filled with very competent dedicated people looking to make top dollar by providing whatever the government wants to buy in what ever way the government wants to buy it.
If the Feds say they want the user manual for a simulator oriented around a new aircraft done in Klingon with 3D graphics — you can be damn sure that within the hour of that knowledge there are 30 staff members reattaching Klingon and 3D.
I didn’t work for them but I worked with and around them. In fact one division gave me something they almost never give contractors. — a gold engraved grand slam baseball bat.
