I’m sorry, this story may be true. BUT, the AP has done nothing NOTHING to deserve any kind of credibility. The AP is to be disbelieved first and must be proven to not be lying.

freeper rigelkentaurus: I listened to the Senate hearing this afternoon. What CNN stated is false, surprise surprise. What the auditor said was the data WAS deleted, but that they were able to successfully recovery it fully and that the issue is moot from there audit viewpoint as they now have the data.
Who deleted it and when is still an open question, and that is certainly destruction of evidence and in violation of AZ election law. Doubt it will be pursued, but the reality is completely different than CNN claims.
