Can’t tell the players apart without a score card. And sometimes it is pretty difficult even then.

Elise Stefanik does appear to have the tacit support of Donald Trump, though. She seems to have gone from “moderate” to “MAGA”. Her mission, should she accept it, is to recruit potential Republican Congressional district candidates with high probability of winning. Liz Cheney would have surely sabotaged that.

But the point of this exercise was not to promote Stefanik, but to punish Cheney for her anti-conservative actions.

Liz Cheney was so focused on her feud w/President Trump and living in the past that she wasn't advancing Conservative principles and agenda.

That's why she's gone.
