They(the Israelis) have half-assed it (at the behest of the world "community") for much too long. The Palestinians just don't have it in them to actually negotiate peace. That is why Donald Trump's policy in the region was so great. He just ignored them and talked to their Arab neighbors.
The Palestinians may finally negotiate if they are sufficiently bloodied. And if they don't, oh well...
Palestinian leadership does not want a solution anymore than civil rights leaders or MAAD do
