Being forcibly quarantined for having a disease which is predominantly lethal/debilitating is sensible.
Like actually HAVING tuberculosis.
Being forcibly quarantined for being politically labeled as at-risk for a disease which is predominantly harmless is oppression.
Like arriving in NY with a GA plate on one end of the car and Gadsden Flag plate on the other.
