Its seems that the extremes of Communism and Capitalism are being avoided in favor of moderate “mixed” economy.
I remember back around 2004 or so, when Bush 2’s Just-us Dept “investigated” Bill Gates of something or another. Rush Limbaugh commented that Gates’ problem was, he was apolitical. Limbaugh said that all Gates had to do to eliminate the problem was to start donating to the two major parties. He did and now just 15 years or so later, he is free of any bothersome “investigations” and a hero to the ruling class.
