And the obvious solution to those who thought this idiocy up in the first place is to increase the monthly payments to $20,000. The liberal mindset is always when something you do makes the situation worse, then "you just didn't go far enough." If doing x amount of something makes things bad then doing 10x of that same thing will make things good.
The logical corollary that doing more of the same makes things worse is rejected because they KNOW in their substandard minds that they cannot possible have done the wrong thing*, so the only possible explanation for why things got worse is that they didn't do enough of it.
