Will any court accept an appeal?
Even SCOTUS won’t touch it now. Roberts is too a-scared of BLM
Well the first appeal is an appeal of right and so the court- whichever is the next step in the process - has to accept it. They can rule against, but they have to take and hear the case.
The Supreme Court has zero jurisdiction over this case. Not that it would matter anyway...
