Boeing sure outsourced many of its positions to Hindustan Computers Limited (HCL Technologies) at $9/hr. We seen the quality in the 737MAX. The same Indian company that bilked hundreds of millions from the various states unemployment systems for crap software that didn’t work and full of security holes, opening up these systems for massive fraud.
